Shuttle
Please ride the shuttle! Parking at the farm is extremely limited, so we're asking everyone to leave the car at the hotel.
If you must drive, you'll need to park along the south side of the road. You may pull into the driveway for drop-offs, but to leave the bus room to navigate, please don't leave your car there.
The bus picks up at Baymont by Wyndham, then Cobblestone Inn & Suites across the street, and heads straight to the farm. Each run seats 40 guests, first come, first served. If a bus is full, catch the next one.
Before the ceremony
- Hotel pickup 3:30 PM, arrives at the farm 3:45 PM
- Hotel pickup 4:00 PM, arrives at the farm 4:15 PMmay run a few minutes behind
After that
The shuttle runs every hour, on the hour, starting at 5:00 PM.
Heading home
The last rides back to the hotels leave the farm at 11:00 PM and 11:30 PM.

Good to know
Q: Is this in the middle of nowhere?
A: Yes, and it's beautiful! The ceremony and reception will be at Claire's Grandmother's farm!
Q: Can I drive to the farm?
A: Please don't if you can avoid it — parking at the farm is extremely limited. A shuttle runs between the Baymont and Cobblestone and the farm before the ceremony and every hour after, with the last ride back to the hotels at 11:30 PM. If you must drive, you'll need to park along the south side of the road. You may pull into the driveway for drop-offs, but to leave the bus room to navigate, please don't leave your car there.

A: Dress formal! The ceremony and reception are indoors at the farm, but the spaces aren't heated or air-conditioned — October evenings in Iowa can be cool, so consider bringing a layer.
Q: Will there be food and drinks?
A: Yes! Following the ceremony there will be a cocktail hour, then a full dinner and dessert! The bar will be open all night with beer, wine, seltzers, and liquor — plenty of choices!
